- Discovery Call and Design Questionnaire so we can focus our session on your priorities
- A 3-hour in-home or virtual design consultation tailored to your project needs
- Personalized guidance focused on your goals, such as: layouts, colour, lighting, materials, furnishings, kitchens, bathrooms, and overall design direction
- Practical recommendations and actionable next steps you can move forward with confidently
- A 30-minute follow-up session to answer remaining questions and help maintain momentum

Design+Deliver
All-in support for renovation, redesign, or a new build
$850 to Launch (step one of your full-service project)
This is your comprehensive design experience — creative, complete, and entirely tailored to you.
We guide your project from initial spark to final styling, blending collaboration (so you feel heard and supported) with full-service guidance (so you don’t have to sweat the details).
Your Launch phase includes discovery, project planning, budget guidance, and a tailored Design+Deliver proposal aligned with your home, goals, and level of support required.
We intentionally take on only a limited number of Design+Deliver projects each year, ensuring the focus and creativity your project deserves.

Flat-fee pricing is tailored to your project’s scope, complexity, and room count, with a detailed proposal provided upfront.
Discovery
We begin with a Discovery Call where we’ll learn a little about your goals, answer any questions you have for us, and explain how we’ll work together. Then we’ll meet at your home (or virtually for Design at a Distance) for a deep dive into your project vision, your home’s challenges and opportunities, and how you use your spaces. Shortly after, we’ll present you with our Proposal/Scope of Work, Project Budget, and Action Plan.
Design
We’ll meet for a Concept Work Session to explore design directions together. We’ll ask lots of questions and test ideas to be sure we’re aligned. Afterwards, we’ll present layouts, ensuring everything fits and flows. Then, it’s back to our studio to develop a design that balances beauty with purpose. We’ll present your design to you in an easy-to-understand, all-in Design Presentation with all the deliverables – space plans, elevations, design boards, inspiration images, material samples, and a concise shopping list of fittings, finishes and furnishings.
Procurement
We take care of all the ordering and logistics, ensuring your chosen goods and services arrive safely and on schedule. We’ll introduce you to our trusted and valued trades and contractors (or collaborate with yours) to make sure everyone has the project clarity they need to give you accurate quotes and quality work.
Implementation+Wrap Up
During Implementation, we’ll handle the questions, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and only interrupt your busy life when necessary. We’ll be there for installation, final walk-thru, and styling – or we can coordinate remotely for Design at a Distance. The result: a picture-perfect home and your project a resounding success. Then we’ll raise a glass with you to celebrate your newly reimagined home.
Designer On Call

Keep the momentum going with flexible ongoing design support, available after your Design Dash.
Designer On Call gives you continued access to professional guidance — whether you need help navigating contractor questions, sourcing finishing touches, troubleshooting design details, coordinating deliveries, or making confident decisions as your project evolves.
Support is available in-home, by video call, email, phone, or text. Whenever possible, advance scheduling is appreciated so we can reserve time for your project.
Services May Include:
- Contractor and trade clarification
- Additional sourcing and product recommendations
- Procurement and delivery coordination
- Site visits and implementation guidance
- Styling and finishing support
- Troubleshooting and design problem-solving
- Reviewing finishes, furnishings, layouts, lighting, and selections
- Ongoing guidance as your project comes together
Hourly Rates:
- Design & Implementation Consulting: $125/hr
- Procurement & Administration: $60/hr
Time is tracked in 5-minute increments and summarized on bi-weekly invoices.
Progress photos and project updates are always welcome and do not incur charges unless review, consultation, sourcing, troubleshooting, or additional services are requested.
A retainer is required to reserve ongoing availability within our project calendar. Your retainer will be fully returned once all invoices have been paid.
Designer On Call has no expiry date and may be ended by either party in writing at any time.
