Deborah has always been captivated by the interplay of colour, form, and the way design shapes how we live. In Toronto and Montreal, she spent years rescuing sleeping beauties, reimagining them as fresh, purposeful spaces. Now rooted in Nova Scotia, she embraces the province’s gentler vibe and continues to merge function and beauty — marrying classic inspiration with modern intent to create spaces that feel timeless, tactile, and confident.

A Unique Perspective

Deborah trained as a carpenter, worked in cabinetmaking, got hands-on with countless renovations, photographed weddings, painted (rooms and pictures), and even ran her own dog training studio – all before she became an home design professional.

This rich and varied background gives her a grounded, human approach to design. Every decision she makes is rooted in real-life, ensuring your home is not only beautiful, but a true joy to live in – and to share with the people (and pets!) you love.
