Capable of seating 12 but shaped and scaled so as not to feel intimidating for 1 or 2. Sturdy and made of real wood. Able to withstand 3 adventurous kitty cats. Rests gracefully in a long narrow dining area without overpowering the space, yet able to hold it’s own and not be lost in the large open concept home. The gathering place for family and friends.
A tall order, indeed. But, Michael DeLuca took my concept and crafted this stunning table that is already witness to several gatherings and will be central to many memories as the family around it grows over the decades.
