Hi Martha! Thank you for reaching out. I love working on all sorts of home projects but small, old homes with small budgets are my absolute favourite! Repurposing is a great way to go when you’re working with a smaller budget and I have some amazing sources for inexpensive, but excellent finds. Hi Deborah! Our house is coming along… slowly but steadily. I’m loving that we can leave the old beams exposed in the kitchen and add shiplap. Your design is so doable for our little farmhouse and our family! Don’t you think a tin ceiling would be amazing in dining room? I might be able to take some from the old barn.
